Minneapolis-based developer Ryan Cos. US Inc. has sold a Bessemer property for $37 million.
 

The property, located across two contiguous lots at 4205 Lakeshore Parkway and 1395 Highway 150, was the site of a development to build a new Amazon facility.

Jones Development announces the recent sale of a 315,560 square foot industrial building in Aiken, South Carolina. The facility was developed and leased to Autoneum North America, Inc.

Kansas City-based industrial real estate development company, Jones Development, is proud to announce two internal promotions and an evolution for founder, Kevin Jones. 

Jones Development is planning to close on a 190-acre property during the first quarter of 2023 in Plymoth Township.

Three buildings are in the plan including one at 670,000 square feet, and two at 158,000 square feet each for speculative industrial development.

According to May research from Avison Young, industrial development is especially strong in the Midwest, with construction moving at a strong pace even with an increase in the costs of materials.

Avison Young brokered the sale of Building 5 within Whiteland Exchange Business Park in the Indianapolis suburb of Whiteland.

DHL Supply Chain was the buyer. Avison Young was also the leasing agent for Whiteland Exchange, which totals 2.4 million square feet.
