AIKEN – JDC announces the recent sale of a 315,560 square foot industrial building in Aiken, South Carolina.

The facility was developed and leased to Autoneum North America, Inc. for 15 years, a manufacturer of auto solutions. Autoneum is a known leader in acoustic and thermal management solutions for vehicles. The company’s business reaches globally developing and producing components, modules, and systems for the entire vehicle. The new building will accommodate for Autoneum’s substantial growth in the market as they outgrow their current facility.

The building itself is a tilt-wall and conventional steel structure and is situated on approximately 24 acres.
