As the founding member of Jones Development and with nearly forty years in the commercial real estate industry, Kevin has been a driving force since obtaining his real estate license in 1977. By 1985, he developed his first build-to-suit project and in 1994, he founded Jones Development, specializing in build-to-suit facilities for national clients. Over the past three decades, he has grown the company to nearly 20 million square feet of industrial and commercial real estate, valued at over $2 billion.  Kevin plays an integral role in guiding the company’s continued growth and takes full responsibility for each project.

Kevin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.  He is a member and Past President of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).  He is also a licensed real estate broker in Kansas and Missouri.

Outside of work, Kevin and his wife, Nancy, enjoy hosting gatherings for family and friends as well traveling and creating lasting memories with his children and grandchildren.
