This 138-acre property will include three buildings including two speculative warehouses totaling 1.66 million square feet and $152.3 million in investment, plus a $257 million case-ready beef packaging facility for Walmart.
The 330,671-square-foot facility will house the retail giant on about 45 acres northwest of 167th Street and U.S. Highway 169. Walmart targets a fall 2023 groundbreaking and completion in mid-2025.
