Hungryroot, a rapidly growing meal delivery service, sought to expand its operations by constructing a build-to-suit facility that could accommodate its increasing production demands. Facing tight timelines, they turned to Jones Development for a turn-key solution.

Currently underway, Jones Development, in partnership with Vardaman Construction, is delivering a 99,750 SF tri-temp facility within 60 miles of the Atlanta airport. The facility consists of 22,680 SF of freezer cooler space (design temp -10F), 43,050 SF of cooler space with cold dock (design temp 35F), 26,350 SF of ambient storage, and 7,670 SF of custom office space. 
 

With a demanding timeline of just 14 months from initial site selection to substantial completion, the 10-month construction window is underway with a completion date planned for the end of 2025.
